We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and any other provider you use through the platform to understand how they handle data submitted through their services.
4. cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service.
4a. Necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
4b. Functional cookies
These remember preferences such as display settings and help us personalize your experience on the platform.
4c. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites — it provides only aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics data.
4d. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time. However, disabling necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Service. MusicianSpace does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
5a. With Service Providers

Each provider is required to handle your data only as necessary to provide their specific service and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
5b. For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request

5d. With Your Consent
We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly direct us to do so or provide your consent.
6. Data Storage and Security
MusicianSpace stores your data on servers located in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by GDPR.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and security monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and logging out after each session.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. 10. MusicianSpace as a Data Processor
When MusicianSpace acts as a tool for creators — processing profile, media, release, event, and update content for public musician spaces — MusicianSpace may act as a “data processor” on behalf of those creators who are the “data controllers” for their own audience-facing content. In these circumstances, MusicianSpace processes data only as directed by the creator’s use of the Service.
Creators using MusicianSpace to publish content are themselves responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws with respect to their audience, including GDPR obligations if their musician space serves EU users.
11. Children's Privacy
MusicianSpace is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.
